How do I bid on a project?

First you will need to Sign Up. Once you sign up you will receive an email to activate your account. Click the link in the email and your account will be activated and you will be sent to the page to "Select Your Membership Plan".

After you select your membership you will need to select your categories of work i.e. Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.. And States and Cities that you will service.

After you select your skills and cities of service click on "Projects" and "Newly Posted Projects" and begin bidding. You can see the details of a project by clicking the project under project name. Example click "Replace Wood Post on Porch" to see what the home owner needs done.

What happens after I bid on a project?

After you bid on a project the project will move to your "My Project" tab until the home owner awards the project.

How will I know when I am awarded a project by a Home Owner?

You will receive an email notification and when you sign on to EasyEstimate.com you will also receive a notification that you have won a project. You must Accept or Decline the project.

What happens after I accept the project that has been awarded to me?

You can begin work and the project is moved from your "My Project" to "Awarded section".

What happens after I complete the project that I have been awarded?

Talk to the Home Owner and ask them to mark the project as "Completed" and to provide feedback for your business so you can get more business. Once the Home Owner provides feedback for your business you can provide feedback for the Home Owner.

What happens after I provide Feedback for the Home Owner?

After you provide feedback for the Home Owner the project will move to your "Completed" tab so you can keep track of the projects you have completed.

How can I send a message to the Home Owner if I have a question on a project?

You have three ways you can send a message to the Home Owner on a project. First click the envelope symbol for the project and fill out the message box, second click on Select and chose send message, or click on the project name and open the project and click on the envelope and send the message.

Can I change my estimate/bid on a project?

Yes, click on the Select button and click on the word Edit and update/change your bid.
